WaterWorkz Wash-n-Water picks up and delivers laundry, and delivers water and ice, in Tuguegarao City, Cagayan, Philippines. When you set an address in the app, it checks that the pin is inside the area we serve.

For help with the app, an order or your account, email support@waterworkzph.com. Please include:

• The mobile number on your account.
• If it's about an order, when it was placed, and the order number if you have it (it's on the receipt once the order is completed).

Opening hours

• Our shop: 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM, at Del Rosario St., Centro 5, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan 3500. Drop off laundry, or buy water and ice, before closing.
• Pickups and deliveries: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, for laundry, water and ice.

You can order in the app at any time. Orders placed after 8:00 PM are picked up or delivered from 8:00 AM the next day; orders placed before 8:00 AM, from 8:00 AM that day. You can also choose a later time within those hours.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order in the app until the rider sets off for it: open the order and tap Cancel order. After that, only our staff can cancel it, so email us with the mobile number on your account and when the order was placed.

If you paid online, our staff will refund what you paid for anything you didn't receive.

Riders can cancel a job they accepted the same way, until they set off for it.

Paying

When you place an order, the app shows the ways you can pay at that time.

• Cash, when the app offers it. Pay the rider when your order is delivered. For laundry, that's when it comes back to you.
• Online, when the app offers it. Pay with GCash, Maya, card or QR Ph on PayMongo's secure page when you place the order. Riders are offered the order once it's paid.

If your rider adds laundry at pickup, the extra is paid in cash on delivery.

Reporting a problem with a rider or customer

Email support@waterworkzph.com with the mobile number on your account, when the order was placed (and the order number if you have it), and what happened.

Your account and data

• To delete your account, open Profile in the app and tap Delete account, or use our delete account page.
